Watermelon Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 box of white cake mix

1 cup watermelon juice

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 egg whites

A few drops of red food coloring

Icing:

3 cups powdered sugar

1/3 cup softened butter

2 tbsp milk

Pink food gel

1/4 cup watermelon juice

 

 

Preparation

Mix cake ingredients together and bake in muffin tins at 350 degrees for 18-21 minutes. Mix icing ingredients together and ice cooked cupcakes.
